I ordered two of these mirrors. I am outraged by the fact that the hooks for hanging them are not leveled. And this is on both!!! I was able address the issue on the second one o hung by simply putting the screws in the wall at 2 different heights, but now I have to find a way to adjust the screws for the one I hung first, as I only realized there was this issue after drilling the holes in the wall (took me about 4 hours to realize what the issue was). I’m so disappointed. Another thing that was really annoying is that they changed the delivery date on me after I bought the item because, according to the note they sent me, the item was too delicate for their standard delivery methods so the “upgraded” my delivery method “free of charge” (oh, thank you!) adding about 10 days to the delivery schedule. How do you realize something like that out of the blue, after the order is placed I didn’t raise a complaint when this happened, but now that I’ve gone through what I had to go through because of the poor manufacturing of the item, I can’t just keep all the frustration to myself.
