The pattern is a little more “pixelated” than in the photo. The photo shows smooth lines of darker greens, but it’s more choppy and boxy. Beautiful! Very soft underfoot. Does not need a pad in the runner size but the 3x5 does move around without one. Yes the vaccuum picks up a lot of it but thats a wool rug for ya, no visible sheddingpilling. The color is a rose-rust with a lighter tan going through it. Hard to describe but it is very neutral.
