This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Don’t be cocky (sorry had to)! Do not assume you know how to use this product. It comes with video instructions online that help navigate potential pitfalls such as the propensity to crack when drying. This is silicone which over the long term is worth the effort (adjusts to natural settling, durable, maintains color appeal). They have an amazing array of colors to choose from. And it is easy to apply if you follow the instructions. The only thing that keeps it from sealing a 5 star rating is the time it takes to fully cure and the fact that you could easily overlook the instructions forewarning you of the pitfalls.
