This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. Extremely happy with this!!! Fabulous quality for the price. Super easy to assemble - I did the whole thing myself as a 28yr old 5’3 gal! Came in 4 boxes an vacuum sealed cushions. This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. Biggest couch I have ever purchased. Measurements are accurate. The ottoman and corner pieces are incredibly deep and comfortable. This was the first boneless couch we have ever purchased as well. I’m really enjoying that there are no hard spots between seats or on the arms. It’s all made of cushion. The seats are very soft and a mixture of down. We have not had any feathers pop through the cushion covers. Overall this is an excellent couch it just requires you to have adequate spacing on your floor plan. Let me start by saying I'm so happy these arms even exist! I bought this great 3-section modular sofa which ended up being waaaaay to big for my actual living space. Decided to pull out the middle section and connected the two ends (each had an arm) to make a better-fitting, awesome sofa. The middle section had no arms and to make an extra chair and 1/2, it needed the arms. Once installed, the whole lounging experience in that new unexpected chair is just what it needed! Note: The install was a pain since the hole pattern is not even close, but I finally just attached the arms with a bunch of 4" wood screws and it's perfect <knowing that in advance will make the install easy and you will be stoked with your new chair..
