Installed in a basement with a level/plumb foundation; however, the door could not be adjusted properly to keep it sealed as the door rolls across the frame. One of the wheels adjustment screws was stripped, but OVE was able to send out a replacement fairly quickly. The item arrived quickly and in impeccable condition. Contains 2 packages one of the shower base and the other for the doors. The doors are extremely heavy! I am still waiting for the contractor to install, but I can already say it is a very well-made high-quality shower door that will add a touch of luxury to any bathroom.
