This is a very nice modern toilet. It is the second Crestle modern toilet I purchased. the first one (model 2308k) had a narrower seat in the front and is one of the reasons I bought this one. On installation, I see others had problems. However, it is relatively easy if you first remove the bidet cover. There are two plastic covers over the 2 screws on the front of the bidet cover that have to be removed. Unfortunately, the instructions that come with this model don't explain this, as well as don't show bolting the toilet base down. which you have to like all toilets. Interestingly, the other model has clear instructions on how to do this. The other mistake in the instructions both toilets have is on the battery backup. You do not have to disconnect the power line and reconnect to the battery line to do this as shown in the instructions. Just put in a 9-volt battery in the battery holder. Probably good to replace it every year or two to be on the safe side if you ever lose power. Like another reviewer said you need to purchase the foaming agent separately.. Dan. Tomball, TX. This is a beautiful upgrade to my original toilet. It's sleek, flushes well, is water-saving, and easy to clean. However, in my experience, some plumbers are not fond of the one-piece toilet. My installer stated that the toilet is too heavy, difficult to line up, the flange did not fit, and the ring and hardware are mediocre. He used different hardware and a different wax ring. I was expecting a fast/whooshing style of water flow, but looks like the low-flow water saving features of this particular toilet means the water comes out at a lower speed?
