I'll start with delivery. Gazebo arrived in 2 boxes, one box 2 days after I ordered and the other a day later. It was very well packaged, none of the pieces were bend or missing. 5-stars on that. Considering this is a huge gazebo with a price tag of just $1.1K I was a little worried about the quality. Was pleasantly surprised. It is solid and really looks like it will be able to withstand the test of time. Now about putting it all together. BTW, I am software engineer, not somebody who works at construction. On the first day I did all except the roof. I did it mostly by myself with a symbolic help of my 7-year old daughter. All of the holes lined up just fine and I did that in probably 4 hours or so. I read the comments how much of a hard time some of the others had with the roof, but since my first day was so easy, I was thinking maybe it was exaggeration. There are 20 different size panels that make up the roof. With the help of my 12-year old son, we just did 3 of them in about 3.5 hours. They just didn't want to slide into their places. The following day I tried again, and you basically need to figure out how to slide them in. Carefully, bit by bit, making sure they are lining up correctly. I wish I made a video, because there isn't much available on youtube and video that the supplier provided the link to, just doesn't have enough explanation.
