So we have begun to assemble. It will look like a nice structure when completed. I like it BUT, It has horrible directions, making it painfully slow to assemble. Will need to use clear silicon to keep the ceiling from leaking, and possibly the sides as well. I will reinforce the structure in the corners and secure it to the ground (for hurricane/tornado season in Texas). Personally, I will choose to replace the strategic panels with clear plexiglass so I can see inside and through to the back, or look out, as the provided panels are 'frosted'.I hope the adjustments will render it as stable as I'd like because I am very happy with the size and it's cute.... Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. This is a very nice and very large greenhouse. It is made with good quality materials. The instructions could be better. If there were pictures in the instructions it would be very helpful. Some parts weren’t marked correctly and some weren’t marked at all. There was even a part shown in the instructions that didn’t even exist. Added this to the side of my house. I added pressurized wood to level bottom since my pad is sloped. Also added wood around the sides and top because the brickwork on the bottom prevents greenhouse from being flush against siding. The Automatic Vent Opener was designed to automatically control the temperature in all Canopia Greenhouses. As the air inside the greenhouse warms, the vent gradually opens to allow the correct amount of air flow into the greenhouse and closes when the optimal temperature is reached. The vent arm was designed with the use of natural wax that expands as the air gets warmer, to push a piston that raises the window, then contracts as it cools, closing with the use of a spring. The Automatic Vent Opener operates without the use of electricity.

So far i am halfway through the build has taken several hours split in two days will be working on Finnishing this weekend but so far i am liking it instructions are easy to read there was one part we felt like we were on a wild goose chase but realized it was labeled wrong and has been smooth sailing. I took a chance and bought “open box” inground pool safety cover. The item I received was perfectly packed and has all listed items needed for installation including instructions! We decided to not remove the hand railing which we would have had to cut. We also decided to not cut the cover around the pavilion poles as the cover is heavy ans snug enough to fold around the poles. The automatic louver vent opener was designed to automatically control the temperature and provide additional ventilation in all Canopia greenhouses. As the air inside the greenhouse warms, the vent gradually opens to allow the correct amount of air flow into the greenhouse and closes when the optimal temperature is reached. The vent arm was designed with the use of natural minerals that expand with heat to push a piston, which raises the window, as the air gets warmer then contracts as it cools, closing with the use of a spring. The automatic vent opener operates without the use of electricity.
