It’s versatility allows you to kick up your feet, or you can use it as a design element by adding a tray and a few accessories. I received this ottoman and was to receive “white glove delivery”. I paid for this and the ottoman was left in the driveway in front of the garage door. The chair is due to deliver in a few weeks and I will be very disappointed if I am left to move that in my house. This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I have little confidence that the matching chair will arrive at all let alone in time for Thanksgiving Roberta Lux. Roberta. OH. Sun Nov 12 2023

Delivery was great, as always. Not sure if I would call it an ottoman it is HUGE. I wanted a movable seat for my grandkids to sit and play video games. Easily they can push it closer to the TV and then back against the wall when they are finished (I have tile floors). It patches the chair perfectly, just not for a foot rest.. Maryann. Tampa Florida. This upholstery is “proudly bringing comfort to America's living room.” We are proud to be an American manufacturer and operate 22 production divisions across 10 manufacturing locations with a diverse workforce of over 740 employees all in the United States. We are committed to quality in every step of their manufacturing process. This begins with milling and drying their own hardwoods at their lumberyard facility to ensure that their frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of their frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at one of two nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in one manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Their fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in their climate-controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

Fantastic storage ottoman that holds all of our littles toys, helping to make for a quick cleanup. It’s withstood lots of abuse and still looks great. For what is essentially a simple box, this was surprisingly (unnecessarily) difficult to assemble. But I got there in the end — though I'll likely never attach the piston-y things — and it works fine. 4/5 overall. M.e.. New Castle, DE. Wed May 06 2026

Nice fabric, feels good for sitting and enjoy that I can have the wooden side up. My only complaint is that when the wooden side is up, it does look a bit like the lid is “upside down”. The lid is heavier than expected so we won’t be flipping it over often to access the storage inside. Overall happy with it and enjoy the purchase.. Rosa. San Leandro, CA. Wed Sep 23 2026
