I am pretty happy with this ottoman here. It’s a beautiful color and a nice size. I was not aware it would have a top that was removable so I’m not sure how or why that would just been attached since every time I have to use the storage area it gets displaced. But again, I love it, it’s beautiful an looks great in my room. Kristen. Bloomfield Hills, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

Fantastic storage ottoman that holds all of our littles toys, helping to make for a quick cleanup. It’s withstood lots of abuse and still looks great. I received this ottoman and was to receive “white glove delivery”. I paid for this and the ottoman was left in the driveway in front of the garage door. The chair is due to deliver in a few weeks and I will be very disappointed if I am left to move that in my house. This is unacceptable and after already receiving terrible service on the first chair I ordered I am surprised this type of service happened yet again. The first chair was to have arrived in September and after the delivery date had come and gone I received a refund to my pay pal account with no explanation. The chair was out of stock and I was never informed. I had ordered 7 weeks prior and was expecting it. I have little confidence that the matching chair will arrive at all let alone in time for Thanksgiving Roberta Lux. Roberta. OH. Sun Nov 12 2023

This ottoman creates a hidden compact storage unit that saves you heaps of space. It has an engineered wood frame upholstered in faux leather, and it measures just 30''' wide and 15'' deep, so it's just the right size for a hallway or the end of bed. The design features a lift-off lid that reveals a large storage compartment great for larger items – plus, it comes with two hanging baskets for sorting smaller stuff like keys and wallets. Our favorite? It can fold completely flat when not in use/when moving to a new home.

Easy installation took about 20-30 minutes. The reason it doesn’t get 5 starts is the bottom half its very flexible and not so much rigid so because of that I did have a touch of disappointment. I also go the 30” so measure accordingly.. Anonymous. Tue May 12 2026

The ottoman is great for storage but don't try to sit on it. I have fallen in more than once. I had to fill the storage to the top and tamp it down so it wouldn't try to swallow me. You can turn it over and it makes three small trays for serving, but they tilt also. I think the frame holding the tops of the ottoman was cut a little short.. Bunny. Bothell, WA. Wed Jun 24 2020

Bought this so my senior dog could use it as a stepping stool for the bed (he hates those narrow ramps/steps and he's like 80lbs) and the storage is nice too. Dog uses it as a step stool great and also decided it was comfortable enough to just lay on it. No assembly needed if you don't plan to use the feet. Great buy!. Sarah. Mason, OH. Sun Mar 23 2025

I’ve had this ottoman for well over a year, and it has held up very well in a high-use living room with kids. It is sturdy but looks great. I only take off one star because the feet are made of a cheap-looking my plastic that also twist when the ottoman is moved. The sticky pads on the plastic feet also have all come off after time. Otherwise, it’s been great for storage and comfort.. Allison. Fayetteville, AR. Thu Sep 10 2026
