Wonderful rug! I need new rugs for my new floors and was looking for something to fit in with my antique decor. This design was so beautiful and I knew it would fit it so well with what I was looking for! When the package arrived,the rug was folded up in a small shipping bag. It was compressed in a plastic bag inside. Upon opening, it fluffed right up instantly and unfolded with ease! When spreading it out on the floor it had shown barely any creases. The material is really soft and plush, walking on it bare foot is comfortable and is not scratchy. There is a non-slip padding underneath which is always really appreciated! It also came with a care card with instructions for cleaning and a QR code for instructions to flatten out any creases. Since I wasnt experiencing any issues with folds I did not need the video. Overall, the design is very clear and the colors are rightfully muted as to not be overbearing. It truly looks like a tapestry and I love it! Nice quality rug with some weight to it. Very soft to the touch and has a lovely pattern. I've had rugs with this type backing and really like the quality of that as well. Sad it won't work for me.
