This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. This dehumidifier has a nice digital display and is easy to read. It has 2 fan speeds and I like the option to set a certain amount of time for the unit to run. Some of the control options are not explained in the user manual (like what is purpose of the “Air Supply” indicator). And the 5 safety instruction regarding cleaning the unit is an example of not being proofed by an English proficient person (photo of page provided). It’s easy to open and remove the water tank for emptying having both the tank and access to the reusable filter in the front is very handy. Although the dehumidifier is a bit heavy, it rolls easily to move from room to room. The unit’s humidity gauge shows a higher room level than our 2 digital gauges, but it seems to be doing a good job of removing humidity from our house. So far it is working well. I gave it 4 stars due to lack of detailed info for the Control Panel. UPDATE After using the unit for a bit, there is a noticeable hum even when running on low.
