This rug in beige definitely reads more gray than beige or white in person, which worked out perfectly — it matches Sherwin-Williams Morris Room Grey (SW0037) beautifully since it’s still a warm gray. The pattern has lots of very subtle colors, including brown, steely blue, and rust/burnt orange, which add depth and interest without overwhelming the space. It rolled out fairly nicely after a couple of days — I used hand weights to help flatten it. There’s a very slight fringe, but it hasn’t caused any issues with my robot vacuum. Also, there was no smell when unrolled. We’re using it on hardwood in a cozy living room and paired it with the Wayfair Basics Non-Slip Rug Pad 1/4″ underneath, which adds a bit of cushion and keeps everything in place. Stunning, it’s stunning. We ordered the 6x9 size for our dining room and I can’t stop looking at it. It’s a soft, good quality rug for an incredible price. The colors are a mix of black and brown/beige giving it a golden look. There are some red accents but it does not detract from the primary colors. If anything it enhances them.
