Really nice storage shed and I’m very happy with the overall quality and design. Assembly was pretty straightforward, but the only problem was that there were not enough SPG-20 screws included. They provided around 30 screws, but you really need 60 or more to complete the installation properly. I had to stop in the middle of assembly and go to a hardware store to purchase additional screws. The shed is fine (although note it will take you 8+ hours to pull all the plastic wrapping off the pieces when you get it!!!). However, we had a bunch of issues with the installers. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). Angi finally sent two new techs to perform the install of the new shed and it went better. However, from when I ordered the shed to when the second one got installed, it was over a month.. Nicholas. Our house is being built and we can’t get the building put together just yet. However, materials are quite sturdy, metal is very firm. In reviewing the directions, they seem simple enough to follow once we can get it up. Pre-drilled holes, yay! It came in 3 well packed boxes with everything needed to put it together. Exactly as I expected. Look these sheds are low cost, so I wasn't looking for something fancy. It does the job and looks decent in the driveway. I am good at putting things like this together, but if you are not one of those people this might be frustrating. There are A LOT of parts. Use a drill instead of the screwdriver that comes with it. It will save you hours. This kit has eleventy-thousand screws. You are going to want to fill the floor grid with gravel or cover it with plywood, so figure that into the cost (plywood is cheap).
