★★★★★ Beautiful, High-Quality Desk We are extremely happy with this desk! We purchased it for a medical office, and it looks even better in person than it did online. The walnut finish with the black and gold accents gives it a very modern, professional, high-end look. It feels substantial and sturdy, and there is plenty of workspace without the desk feeling overly bulky. The storage is also a great feature and helps keep the workspace clean and organized. We’ve already received compliments on it. Overall, this was a great purchase and fits our office perfectly. I would absolutely recommend it for a professional office or anyone wanting a modern executive-style desk.. Pres. Sun Sep 27 2026

The gold standard in office seating, the chair redefines the concept of traditional task chairs.

I spend a lot of time on my computer editing photographs and this chair is a comfy, good posture reminder. Only negative is that the "freedom component" for the backrest doesn't work for me (pushes against me) as I am a 125 lb. weakling. Hahah. I think if you're a much larger framed and jacked person it may work for you.... Marianne. Sun Feb 12 2023

This is a beautiful desk. Looks just as good as it does in the picture. The chairs in my photo are also from Wayfair. I recommend paying the money to assemble. It took the two-person crew three hours. But it looks perfect. However, long after the assembly crew left, I realized the light on the front of the desk does not work. I think they severed the wiring during assembly.. Kim. Tue May 05 2026

It was a more difficult piece to assemble, took my son and I a couple hours. I also thought the legs were metal but they are wood. Overall I think it will be fine but could be better.. Rachel. OR. Sun Oct 04 2026

This Gesture chair was designed by Steelcase to be confident, intentional, and highly evolved with simple sophistication. The design was meant to inspire confidence that it would deliver a great experience time and time again. The key design driver was to fundamentally rethink the chair based on the movement of the human body and the way we work today. Gesture won the Neocon Gold Award in 2013.

Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. It adjusts to fit my height and the arm rests come in closer. I think this chair would still be great for average height people, but it's adjustable so that it works for smaller builds too.. Sg. USA. This desk is gorgeous. The leather and lucite handles look much better than online. I’m giving it a four because one of the drawers is hard to open and does not close softly.. Anonymous. US. Sun Sep 20 2026
