It never cracked under freezing temperatures. It will be great in warmer weather too. It will be the best offset umbrella cover you've ever bought. It is so easy to use because they have small poles inside of the cover that you use to get the cover-up high over the umbrella. The 600D oxford fabric is thick and the zipper and stitching are well made. The bottom has a drawstring with a toggle to keep it closed nicely.

The good: We bought the 14x10 and it is heavy duty. I haven't fixed it to my deck yet, but I doubt that would even be necessary because it's heavy and sturdy. It gets 4 stars because I'm confident it will serve its purpose for a long time. The bad: I can't give it 5 stars because assembly was difficult, even with 2 people in their 30s. It took us a total of around 10-12 hours over a few days. When assembling the large/heavy support beams, you will probably need to have some kind of supporting table or shelf to lean them on (or have a person hold a large piece while someone affixes it to another) to prevent bending. You'll also need at least one step ladder and a Phillips head screwdriver, which the description fails to mention and isn't included. Nice Pergola It’s solid but a little lower than I had envisioned. The front has a shallow gutter with ends open. I’m a trying to figure out how to hang a gutter. It’s very hard to drill. The awning is very nice well made just installed Mother’s Day 2026 . The only issue we had the instructions were very vague not clear enough. As of right now 3 pieces are damaged and Wayfair said they weren’t bad enough and could I just fix them and take an 80 credit!
