We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! Very disappointed with the service I am receiving. I have an issue with the second pump on my brand new hot tub delivered by wayfair. The wayfair team is trying to assist but can not get in touch with the manufacturer. The hot tub itself is beautiful but if you aren`t handy and don`t know how to fix parts, I dont want the same thing to happen to you. The warranty is supposed to cover fixtures, repairs, and broken parts but will not be done if the manufacturer or all state protection does not answer. Great tub but a couple of things I did not expect. First thing was I underestimated the weight of the tub. It's a lot heavier than it looks. If it needs to go up have some heavy equipment to assist you and the second thing was the amount of electricity it used in the winter. my electric bill went up $80-$100 a month.
