The chair is very comfortable, and just the right size for me. The only issue is that one of the plastic pieces holding the lumbar support to the chair back broke in transit. Did quite a bit of research for an ergonomic chair for my home office and finally settled on this one. Easy to put together. I have used it 2 days now and I really like it. This is worth every penny. It is solid and sturdy. It was easy to assemble, but I did have help to hold things in place while I screwed in the bolts. It is definitely made for bigger people! Im a 59 curvy lady at 230lbs and this chair makes me feel little! If an office chair could be described as roomy this one would be. It is exactly what I needed and wanted. Note Avoid if you are any shorter than 59, as my feet are flat on the ground when the chair is at its lowest height setting. I love it, but anyone shorter than me may not appreciate it.. Sally.
