This is a beautiful console that gets a lot of compliments. The branches on the base look a little more fake than I anticipated but I could add a little paint to help with that (I’m a faux finish artist). Most people would think it’s just fine they way it is. This is beautiful! Just the right piece for my space. The sideboard is heavy and solid. The hardware is flimsy and I do not like it.... but easy enough to replace. I have purchased new hardware (not installed yet). Pay attention dimensions if you order new. They need to be less than 3" wide. Delivery took a minute, and had a delivery snafu.... but Perigold customer service was FANTASTIC in helping me through my issue. Literally, the best experience. It made all my inconveniences dealing with the snafu a non issue. If you are looking for a quality piece of furniture that will last decades.... this is it. solid wood all the way around.
