Best Spa purchase I've made !!! I live in Quebec Canada and I have had the Intex inflatable six person Spa since August. it is February now, our Spa is set to the max 40°C, whereas the outside temperature is currently MINUS 25°C !! It has even withstood Minus 40°C with the windchill. We use our Spa everyday and it is running flawlessly !!! My previous "Hardshell" spa did not withstand the cold winters here ; as the pipes inevitably froze and burst! Hello, I Purchased this item, and it arrived in a plain brown box with a shipping address to me from Wayfair? there was no information of what was inside. the box was all beat up it arrived about April 15th as planned but I waited for the weekend when I had time to open it. Inside was a bag with a pool inside no instructions only a patch kit (yellow) and pool. Had to make sure that it had 4 air chambers without blowing it up. It did (But I wish that it had a picture of the product and instructions or some kind of paper work, to me it is a returned Item put back out there for resale.) I will inflate the pool next month hope there is NO holes in it. very disappointed with the way it was packaged. easy to put together for the most part. the rails on the bottom are not secured. it comes with zip ties and they don't hold them in place. they flip to the side when in the pool which makes the steps lopsided until you flip it back out. definitely a design flaw. other than that they work, the steps themselves are sturdy..
