Standard Ramping is 29 inches; models FM/PP/PE 3066 and 3072 are 29-13/16 inches, with a 36-5/8 inch long ramping length available. A steel dock edge, or approach ramp is required for proper installation. The Electric Hydraulic Edge-O-Dock is the easiest to operate. After the truck is backed against the dock, push and hold the control button. The leveler raises and the lip will extend. The unit comes complete with motor, pump, control box, cylinder, lines and oil. The truck must pull out for leveler to return to stored position.

I created a master suite for my daughter and son-in-law, and utilized this toilet for it's modern look, and space saving. I have built new homes, and done tons of renovations for years. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
