I bought this desk about a month ago to replace a couple of pieces of furniture and it provides the perfect amount of storage and working space. Like other reviews have pointed out, the size of the desk feels bigger even though it matches up to its specifications. It was pretty simple to put it together and I was able to get it done in a few hours by myself. The drawers are a bit shallow, but they can hold a decent amount of items if you are strategic about how you place things in them. I ran into some trouble with one drawer as I put it together because the holes for the screws were not placed in the correct spots and I had to drill all the holes on my own to attach the metal rolling tracks. The bottom panel that sits below the lowest drawer was chipped on one side, but I was able to face that towards the interior of the desk because the other side was not chipped and suitable for the exterior of the desk. The top of the desk has nice weight and makes this desk much sturdier than what I was expecting. I wouldn't consider this a forever desk, but this is exactly what I needed for making efficient use of the space in my small apartment. I have drawers and shelves that hold items I kept in tiered plastic storage drawers along with plenty of space on the top of the desk to keep a laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and desktop office supplies storage without feeling overcrowded.. I was looking to downsize my home office desk and wanted a minimalist look. This checked all my boxes. Reviews were spot on regarding it being sturdy and easy to put together. It did come with a few minor dings, but they weren’t visible. The only issue was the drawer had a small cracksplit in it. Something to note the drawer cannot be replaced on its own. I reached out to Wayfair about a new drawer and they were prepared to replace the entire desk. Since everything else was great, I opted to keep it. My husband glued it it came out meh lol, but fortunately the drawer is tucked underneath, so it’s not a deal breaker. I love the look and the colors. Drawer operates well too.
