Bed is great. My husband put it together, and he had a few challenges, nothing he couldn’t handle though. Overall, the bed is awesome. The daybed is perfect for a multi-functional room or any guest space that requires some flexibility. This bed is perfect for youth, teens or adults. It works well where you need some space most of the time but also need flexibility for guests. The bed can remain extended if preferred. The trundle can be pulled out and in with the wheels and hydraulic system. Comes with slats kit so box spring is not required.

This bed is cute. It does everything that we need to do. It was simple to put together. It’s got a simple look to it. My only concern is that it advertises an 8 inch mattress. It is definitely not able to fit an 8 inch mattress. We ended up buying 6 inch mattresses and my husband had to build extended legs for it to come off the ground enough to be able to slide the bottom in and out even still I’m not able to slide the bottom in and out. I have to wait for my husband to do it for me. I would recommend going with a five or a 4 inch mattress unless you don’t mind possibly not being able to slide out the bottom. When I received it and put it together it had a big stain on the headboard. Not sure what it is but it looks soiled. I called Wayfair and they gave me a portion of my money back. I was happy with that because the stain remover that I had to buy was costly. I used it and it worked to a point. The stain wasn’t as dark. I could use pillows to cover it.
