Ordered a king sized comforter, I like that it’s oversized and hangs off the bed more than your standard king comforters. I was a bit concerned when I purchased 2 sets of the Eddie Bauer 100%flannel full size, sheet sets because of the low price. Upon receiving them they were packaged as a present with a lovely ribbon. These sheets were discounted because they were leftover holiday patterns. I chose the blue and white plaid and the pine cone patterns. Washed them and put then on the bed. They are absolutely the softest and most comfortable sheets I can ever remember using. Last night was the fist night using them, now I can't wait to crawl into bed . My husband likes them also. I have what is described as the "Red & Green" King Duvet set. I love that it is cotton/ washed & dried well (wrinkles will smooth out by themselves in a couple of days). I use a King size w/King duvet filler on a Queen size mattress because I like oversized bedding so guests feel cozy. Nice vintage vibe to this set. 8 ties are a satin like ribbon that are more difficult to tie and untie. Zipper closure is nice as I think buttons make them fit sloppy. I have mine turned sideways on the bed as it's a king and you absolutely cannot see that the side showing is the zipper closure side. Colors went well with my lodge look guest bedroom & will coordinate well with flannel sheets for Christmas/Winter look. The "Red" is more deep brown red, the "Green" is lighter and brighter and so is the "Blue" in it but I like it as it would be too dull without. There is a pale taupe brown plaid running in background al on cream background that is not yellowy.. Laurelei. Hidden Valley Lake, CA. Wed Oct 07 2026
