Arrived extremely well packed and wrapped. I'll admit that the instructions threw me for a bit of a loop and I managed to orient one piece incorrectly which resulted in my belief I'd received 2 chairs of differing height. After establishing - on my own - that the mistake had been entirely on me, I corrected the orientation and now have 2 chairs which are the same height. I will add that the supplied wrenches are not up to the task of properly tightening all of the larger bolt/nut combinations. Instead, I recommend using 2 adjustable crescent wrenches. These are sturdy chairs. I love the tall, high top table height. As a short 5’4” person, a foot rest bar is a gift. The chairs are deep and wide enough for my taller, heavier friends. The rope feature is really classy and looks expensive. The cushions feels less plush than I’d expect for such otherwise well created chairs.
