It took me four hours by myself to put together but the instructions were ok and all the hardware was there. Construction of the wood parts was good. It's very solid and I love having the trundle option under the bed. Just remember that you need a thinner mattress for the trundle pull out than for the top bed. The bed went together fairly easily, even with one person! For a few of the steps, I had it leaning on the wall with a blanket for extra protection, but the pieces went together smoothly with little extra effort. This gorgeous bed is sturdy and was easy to assemble with straight forward instructions. I started the assembly by myself and was going to stop to find someone to help when I needed it but I ended up being able to complete it on my own.
