We purchased ours several years ago and it really holds up well as an outdoor carpet. We live on the east coast of North Florida and get temperatures from 105 in summer and down to 20 for a few months in winter. When it’s dirty we throw some dawn on it and pressure wash it. Love it.. This rug is absolutely stunning in our living room. Rug pad is highly recommended because it slides around without the pad, kids fell a few times while running on it. It took a quite a few hours to straighten out, I thought it was defective at first, but I walked/stumped around the rug for a few hours and it seems like the stumping and weight helped. This rug is very flexible so I wouldn’t recommend it in high traffic areas because it gets wrinkled and doesn’t look appealing. The pattern is a little more “pixelated” than in the photo. The photo shows smooth lines of darker greens, but it’s more choppy and boxy. Comfortable enough for sitting but I plan on getting a rug pad to make it thickersofter. Its very heavy, so it doesnt slide around much on its own unless you have pets running into it. Colors go from a deep red to a light pink with dusty rose colored jutetwine woven between them. Not soft to the touch, More rough just imagine youre petting rows of felted wool and twine and thats exactly what this feels like.
