For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it! If I could give this rug a zero, I would. After a month, the rug looked awful it looks as if it is a sweater that is pilling and pulling and needs a shaver to be used on it this is AWFUL. I was about to purchase then thought I'd see if I could find it cheaper elsewhere and I did! Wayfair had the exact same rug for $30 less than the other website. Extremely happy with my purchase. Only complaint I have (but this is for any rug that is shipped) is that they are rolled so tight that it takes FOREVER to get the end to lie flat!
