I’m very jazzed with this ‘tent’ for my 2005 Chevy Trailblazer. First time set up was about 10 min which I’m sure will be less next time. A great value for your money. This tent comes Vevor branded, and is listed at a much better price than the same tent is from Vevor directly. The mattress inside is super comfy, and the tent material is very durable. I haven’t used the LED strip yet, we will see how it works. The LED strip runs down the top left part of the tent, which I could see being quite bright for the person who would be facing it. The main issue with this tent is ventilation. It would have been awesome to get a small zipper above the main door to allow more airflow and to let heat escape as heat rises. Mounting the tent was fairly simple. I took the ladder and hardware out of the tent, and then it took my roommate and I to get it up on my bed rack and bolted in place. I didn’t need the plates as the T slots matched up to my bed rack. I would say total install took an hour and a half. Only about 20-30 minutes of that needs the second person. I drive a 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road. So far the tent has been up there for a month and my gas mileage has not changed at all. Time will tell if that holds with longer distance trips (most I have traveled is 120km in each direction). I don’t feel much drag (with the cross bars installed as well), nor do I hear whistling or any noise. This is a cute tent! Tents I've had in the past were a major pain to put together and this one literally popped into place in under a minute! I opened it in my yard to check it out. It doesn't lie flat but bows at each end. There are tabs where you can stake it down, which is great, but it doen'st come with any stakes, so we will need to buy those sepreately. I love that it opens on both sides and has 2 windows with roll up flaps. There are two pockets on the interior and it came with a bag of what I'm guessing are extra pieces and two other pieces of fabric that I'm guessing might be rain flaps? There are no instructions on anything except for how to fold it back up. We tried unsuccessfully to do that. We have tried several times to fold it back up and got it pretty frustrated, so I'm really hoping we can figure out how to get it back in the back for storage. It is on the thin side, so I'm hoping it will last! Saying it sleeps 4 is a bit of a stretch. 4 smaller people in sleeping bags only might work, but my husband and I plan on using a queen air mattress in this tent and I think we will get a second one for our 2 teens!
