My light is fine but my neighbors column lights were broken. It took 4 hours with your chat option to get them replaced and I had to send photos 5 times. Then the second lights were also broken. The original order was placed on 1/3 and we finally resolved the reimbursement yesterday, 1/27, after numerous attempts to send photos as requested. Ruthann Miller finally received photo proof and removed the charge from the credit card and advised that we dispose of the broken lights. We will shop locally. I bought 7 sets of these. They are heavy duty they seem well made. I will say that they werent packaged well, or possibly repackaged they had fallen out and some of the black paint was scraped off.
