I add milk, preserves and soft ice cream scoops with a spoon and it won't blend that. I have followed smoothie recipe making sure to add ingredients in order and it jams up. The base only holds charge for 4 blends so keep the cable close. There is absolutely no way this will blend ice unless the ice is thawed (water).
