This robot is much smarter than my previous Roborock Q Revo. It hasn’t gotten stuck once while my older robot would constantly ram my speaker stands till I manually moved it. The auto detergent is a convenience compared to my older robot where I would have to manually put it in the water tank every time I changed the water. The camera is a nice feature being able to see what obstacles or things lost under the bed. The auto empty function is much quieter than my previous robot. This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand. From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. We brought this product back in January. I am writing this review end of April. We have used at least once a week. It has done its job. It still works and picks up most of the house with the battery life. However, wish the battery life was a bit longer. The two usages of handheld and vacuum is great! I love it.. Nathalie.
