Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. While we havent been able to install this sink yet, I am excited to do so. The box it arrived in was pretty beat up, but inside it was packaged well and in great condition. It doesnt come with any suggested hole size directions, so Im hopeful the contractor can figure it out. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in an area with a lot of dissolved substances in our water so I was interested in trying to provide cleaner water to my family. This under sink unit was nice because it didn’t take up much space and fit nicely under our sink. The water filtration is excellent and the display telling me how much dissolved solids are in the water is a nice feature. My only complaint is how challenging the installation was and how flimsy the connections seem to be.
