I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. I contacted the seller and was sent an immediate replacement so the customer service was awesome. The new one I received, and seen in my photos , is good but also has a tiny imperfection on the bottom left a tiny scratch also embedded in the black part of the frame.
