I bought two of these rugs after looking for some time. I have used them on my covered porch for two spring /summer seasons. I am very happy with the durability and it is lovely. Would definitely order again and again. The colour is neutral and gives a "jute rug" vibe however the rug is soft (flat pile). I have not experienced any issues with the threads or staining. It has been wet and dries fairly quickly. Not certain I would install in areas that are not protected as it is not on the cheaper side and would be concerned the elements may damage it. Pay extra 50 to have it delivered into the house in room next to where I installed it. Well worth the extra money. Box had big hole but contents was fine. Unboxing showed just how well the product was designed. Insulation of packaging was second to none. Glass was heavy end 38”. Instructions in box was somewhat different from the video but manageable. Used templates provided and spent considerable time measuring and remeasuring to insure alignments before drilling holes into tiles walls and flooring. Amazed that it all worked out as planned. I needed something thin that would still allow my office chair to roll over it freely, and this fir the bill. I like the nice subtle design. It really balances out the darkness of my wood paneled room with the more contemporary light colored and metal furniture. It really ties the room together. It also cleans up easily - no issues with any of my vacuums. Though it is somewhat thin, it's still heavy enough to stay put when vacuuming. I deducted one star because I noticed after about a year or so, the rug started losing its shape ever so slightly in the area where my chair rolls around. Like it was bubbling/warping a bit. I actually thought about returning this rug because i was not sure it would match ,although i read so many reviews about it that were good . Well I'm here to say it is absolutely beautiful . So soft and well made with tones of beige with a slight light pattern , very slight . My furniture is kind of a caramel color and it looks great with it . You will not be sorry on this one !. Patti.
