The other item we received was a floor lamp with a cut cord, we had them replace that item, but it’s always a hassle when you the customer have to do extra steps to rectify the problem. This was pretty easy to put together, once you realized that the bars that swing connect on the outside of the frame and go through two of the bars. I honestly can’t believe how comfortable this outdoor loveseat rocker is. I never knew I needed one of these but I am so happy I got it. The color is so vibrant and beautiful. Only took 20 minutes for 1 person to assemble start to finish. Has ties on the seat cushion to hold in place. I wish it was a little higher off the ground but that’s the only thing I would change.
