This doorknob was the perfect fit from my tiny craftsman house and felt high quality. It took me a while for to complete a project and install it, and when I did, one of the glass doorknobs immediately fell off. I tied fixing several times but could not securely reattach it, and by then product was past the 30 day return/resolve window. The doorknob and matching hinges are perfect otherwise. We looked for knobs for quite a while. We wanted to buy knobs that wouldn't break the bank but yet wouldn't fall apart within the month. Nostalgic Warehouse knobs are upscale and well made and the price is reasonable. The doorknobs are gorgeous, and they feel very substantial in your hand. I do not recommend this handleset. It does not operate well at all. The lever is not straight and lockingunlocking the door is extremely difficult. The door does not latch easily either. Overall I’m really disappointed in this purchase. I would return the item, but it has already been installed in my brand new door and the holes have been drilled.
