The box seems very secure and pretty impossible to steal mail out of it. We’ve had this issue in our neighborhood happen. The numbers are magnetic and it came with two sets which is great. The only downside I see here is magnets lose strength over time, this might cause the numbers to move not stay on. Will see what happens there. The box also came with a scratch on the top. Absolutely adorable bird house. We call it "The White House." We mounted it to a tree just outside of our sunroom, great room and dining room side of the house. And we also hung a bird feeder below it, so excited to see what bird type takes occupancy in their new birdie white house! Tip: Get the bird seed called "Squirrel Away" from Chewy (see pic); otherwise, the squirrels will eat all of the bird seed within a day or two. Love this bird house!!! Detail and quality is amazing! Highly recommended, and arrived in perfect shape. Tip: Before mounting the bird house, I would highly recommend to spray 2-3 coats of poly urethane over the entire house, to protect from the seasonal elements. Happy bird watching!. Debra. CA.
