Absolutely adorable bird house. We call it "The White House." We mounted it to a tree just outside of our sunroom, great room and dining room side of the house. And we also hung a bird feeder below it, so excited to see what bird type takes occupancy in their new birdie white house! Tip: Get the bird seed called "Squirrel Away" from Chewy (see pic); otherwise, the squirrels will eat all of the bird seed within a day or two. Love this bird house!!! Detail and quality is amazing! Highly recommended, and arrived in perfect shape. This is a gorgeous console sink, super sturdy and fine quality! There wasn’t any costs savings other than free delivery and not having to travel 50-100 to an American Standard retailer. We did run into a minor issue on installation a few months after the purchase with some missing hardware; when I contacted American Standard to obtain the appropriate screw, I was informed by American Standard that Wayfair purchases do NOT have ANY warranty- I was shocked!! I told the American Standard customer service person that I paid full retail price to Wayfair, the identical price at Roman Bath Centre in Toronto. Fortunately American Standard made an exception and arranged for me to receive a new hardware packet, phew! I had no idea that warranty would be voided, possibly because Wayfair re-sells already opened product?? I’ll be very cautious on all future purchases from Wayfair for sure.
