This cozy critter 2 story small animal home is so elegant and fits into any home decor. I love that there’s multiple ways to open the cage. The top two sides come down and the front plastic side comes down while the back side is glass. The top also opens for access to your pets. The plastic side came cracked so I reached out to the company and they almost immediately shipped out a replacement part for free. This product also comes with a 10 year warranty and it’s very easy to set up online. It was also easy to assemble. I plan on getting a guinea pig for it, but I have to do some research because it seems a little small even though the description said it’s for guinea pigs or hamsters. Jessica. Cochranville, PA. We can easily see them doing all their guinea pig stuff. Assembly took me about 3 hours by myself. Directions were easy to follow and I didn’t end up missing anything so the frustration level was nice and low. The lights are our favorite touch. We can see them any time we want but they have a nice dark hideout just in case they need it. I don’t think the access to the hideout is a big deal. If you absolutely need to grab one you can pull out the tray some. Our piggies loved their new home and I also love the peace of mind it gives me knowing they aren’t in a wire cage anymore where my dogs could accidentally get too rough and break them out lol I definitely would recommend this cage. This is an innovative product in the market compared to regular play pen, it’s made of acrylic panels for clear viewing. Works great as a playpen for dogs to move around, a whelping box for female dog and newborn puppies. It’s clear to keep the room feeling open, easier to setup, 80cm/31.5in tallest in the market, the pups can’t accidentally jump out when you are not looking on them.

This was the perfect size and configuration for what we needed. YOU definitely need a second person to put it together. The directions are not clear as to the panels that go in the place they are needed to be. Also as I wanted the gate on the 'end' it isn't a good place it should open toward a panel, as the position in what I placed it (as noted on the directions) it opens out and has no support and is not a very good design. But overall I would and did highly rate the product itself. Hardware was relatively easy to put in place but I encourage you not to try it alone. We have a puppy that is houdini. This small animal home was far better than expected. It is gorgeous and very functional by allowing ample storage under. The tray comes up to keep moisture from going over the sides, although small animals could kick paper bedding over the side. It is a really easy to clean dwelling. We have tried lots of different systems for guinea pigs in the past, this has been by far the best. We have two guinea pigs (they are on the smaller side) in this home, and they love it.
