I've had mine for several years and have been very pleased with it in the last month I've had an issue with it reading a code of F1 and F2 and when I got to talk to somebody from Bissell they said that the machine is no more made and they couldn't help me with figuring out the issue I have to take it in for service other than that it's worked great and it still works now just replace the filters.
