The package came in well packed. I was going to install it hardwired in the guess bath. I tested it first and it's not that bad. Absolutely love this bidet toilet! The warm seat and warm water make it so comfortable, and the feeling of cleanliness is next-level. Total upgrade!  I don’t know how I lived without it! The drying option doesn’t seem to dry according to the level of water output, but not a big deal. Toilet paper still works for that! Box had everything in it and the directions were thorough. Once the power and plumbing had been adjusted to fit toilet install, everything was fairly simple. The only complaint was the gel wax ring, it didn’t work and lifted the toilet to high of the floor. I had to purchase a different one . Other than that it was direct and simple. There are multiple functions that allow you to adjust your level of clean and comfort. Rear and front wash options have various nozzle positions, water pressure adjustment, temperature controls, wind and seat temps, and an additional feature that provides a specialized bubble wash with pulse massage. For convenience there is a half as well as a full slush. The dryer temp can also be adjusted. The night light makes late bathroom trips much easier. Love our new loveseat. Firm seating, however quite comfortable. Love the storage options as well. It is exactly what I was looking for in Theater seating and the lights underneath are really nice . Everything works, with the exception of the Heat function. Was easy to put together. Recline and Message is great and I love that the controls and USB connections are easy to see and reach. Would have given 5 stars if the heat function was working. We are on the shorter side (under 5'5"), so if you are tall, this may not be for you if you don't want your legs hanging over the end.
