It is very hard to decide on a tub that you picked out online. I looked at many in person at the fancy bath/kitchen places in all of our nearby cities. I ordered this one. I thought the tub would have rounded edges. The edge is thin and not comfortable to lay your arms on. The seat height is so short, you might as well not have a seat and There is basically no instructions. I choose the tub and paid extra because it said glossy, its actually a matt finish. The tub is over priced for what it is. Its nothing special. Get one of the cheaper brands.. Not Impressed. Chicago. Tue Oct 06 2026

Tub is nice, however the drain kit it comes with is not so nice. Soft plastic flex line that could easily rupture if performing drain service on the tub with a snake, likely would not pass code inspection. They should offer something of better quality as an option, even if it was an upcharge.. Ron. WA. Mon Aug 17 2026

I’m in lovvvvvvve with this tub! I love how much space it has and the fact that I can actually stretch out and relax in it. We’re getting it installed in about a month, so once it’s in its permanent spot, I’ll come back and share more details and photos. A few things to know * It is very heavy, so you’ll definitely need at least two people to move it. * The packaging was excellent. It arrived securely boxed, and we had no issues with shipping or damage. * You’ll need to take it out of the box before moving it into the house, and we had to turn it on its side to fit it through the doorway. We didn’t have to remove any doors, though. * The instruction manual is very detailed and easy to follow. So far, I’m really impressed with the quality and can’t wait to see it fully installed!.
