I’m very pleased with this tree. I love that it’s under 30 pounds. I’m nearly 60 years old and can no longer haul heavy Christmas decorations by myself. I love the color options. My husband loves the colored lights and I prefer the white lights. This tree offers us both options. I have only ever wanted real Christmas trees. But after years of disappointing ones, I finally decided to consider going artificial. Because I was giving up my real-tree tradition, the fake one had to be perfect. I searched for months for a tree with a wide base that actually felt real, and finally landed on this one. When we put it up, the top section didn’t look as bright as the rest of the tree. I was discouraged—after letting go of my real-tree dream, I ended up with something that seemed slightly defective. I didn’t want to start my search all over again, so I requested a replacement top. When that wasn’t available, Wayfair sent me an entirely new tree. The replacement is absolutely beautiful. It took us a long time to “fluff” (I’m new to this, so it probably took longer than normal), but once it was finished, I was truly impressed.
