This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. This toilet requires careful planning and following the instruction manual in terms of finding additional fittings if needed. The toilet was a retrofit and I gave it four stars because parts were required that were not in the box for the different sizes of existing connectors The small card in the warranty bag offers parts from the manufacturer that we needed. I have been looking for a washlet for a long time and I am very glad I settled on this one. It has a ton of features and is the newest replacement version for the k300 I believe.
