A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. WOW!!! This is definitely a piece that makes a statement. And what was exactly what we wanted to complete the vibe in our bar. A few notes to anyone on the fence.....it arrived much sooner than we anticipated. Projected delivery was the end of June and it arrived mid-May. It was well packaged in a wooden crate around a box. Delivery drivers were fantastic and efficient in dropping the crate exactly where we wanted it. It is impressive how sturdy it is. I anticipated some flexing or movement when not on the wallbbecause it is so large, but it is solid. Lights do not come with this piece as the description notes, however, they are quite affordable at any home improvement store and it took literally 15 minutes to get the lights where we wanted them. Installation was smooth with two strong guys. And we are so impressed with the results. Still need to organize bottles, etc....but this gives you a good idea of how this piece can be used. It is not an issue with us because we are simply in love with this piece, but worth noting, that some bottles may be too tall. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. We currently have 6 of these in our 92K sq. ft. office building and as the person who takes care of these I can tell you that when they are working they are a great asset. After 5 years of being installed we are consistently having problems with 2 of them turning off. After replacing every single electrical component including the dedicated outlets that these are plugged into we are still having problems.
