I have the ceramic version of Milano, so was very excited to see the tri plystainless steel version. The stainless steel version allows me to cook it higher temperatures up to 500 F compared to the ceramic, which can take up to 400 F so with this, I can do some nice searing. As with all those willing products, consistent features like the flared rim that keeps things neat and clean and no drips or spills, and I love the contemporary stylish design and stay cool handle which works on my gas cooktop that I can also use it on induction or any other cooktop..
