The instructions are very poorly drawn out. It came with a dent on one of the arms and some scratches. Cushions are thick and the cream is basically white not off white. I like it and it looks nice, however, I’d send it back but I don’t wish to put it together again. Also, it says it is a faux wood sofa- that is not true. There is nothing that looks like wood.
