The color, size and material of this sectional are great. The one cushion did come with a tear in it however the seller responded to my report quickly and sent out a replacement. I will say that putting it together was a little difficult. There is a lip on all the pieces next to the brackets that make it hard to line up and slide in. We found that if you put the piece on its side it slid together easier. It is also very comfortable. had issues with fedex shipping my couch, when the couch arrived, i was worried that it would be damaged since the boxes came wet heavily damaged. at first i was discouraged at assembling since the cushions looked flat and the couch was stiff but I decided to add memory foam into the cushion and fluff up the cushion, now they are comfy and the couch grew on me and i am in love with my couch. Overall, didn’t appareciate how difficult fedex was, they had sent the couch in 6 pieces - personally it should have arrived in all one go but at the same time i understand why it had to be sent in 6 pieces. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! Overall the couch is nice. Actually a little bigger than I had though, in a good way. The instructions were very easy. I am not big on putting furniture together AT ALL and I was able to do it alone. The only thing I don’t like is the couch is not very steady. The arm rest feel very sensitive. Like don’t lean on them. But I only put them together today so it’s only day 1. So we shall see.
