These are huge! And perfect for our streets cul-de-sac, they make a statement. They were lightweight enough for a 60 something woman to unbox. With help, we drilled a larger drainage hole from the inside and filled it with rock and sand. That still leaves you with half of the pot to hold dirt and plants. They are now so heavy that hopefully they can withstand what Florida can dish out. They have remained as bright as when first placed. I love this set of 2 planters. They are 24 inches tall and have a removable drip tray insertshelf about halfway down the planter. It has drainage holes so the plant can still drain like normal, but you don’t have to fill the entire planter with potting soil. The planters feel very durable and made from good quality materials. The bottom of the planter comes off, which I assume will be helpful later for cleaning or drainage. The company also included very easy instructions if you need them. These modern planters are amazing. They are super heavy, which is a plus if you have them outdoors. They have a drainage hole in the bottom of each. Just bear in mind they are very large. I finally placed this out front today, I wanted to clean the cement before putting it out. I waited too long and I have a beautiful plant to put in there, the plant died, but I’m hoping it will regrow itself. I threw it away. I take care of entryway planters at our little church. The ones I have had there for six years had come apart and were leaking at the bottom. While I have not yet brought this to Church or put potting mix in or planted it yet still chilly at night in Minnesota, looking at the construction of this one I am very highly satisfied. And it's near a brick pillar that has that same grey tone in it and I like that the outward appearance is not shiny that has an appearance that is more like the bricks. I am so happy with this!.
